At Canvas Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to find your specific order and click the 'Request Return' button.
Package Your Device
Securely place the electronic item back in its original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
